The Student Enrollment
and Achievement DataBASE (SeaBase)
was designed and implemented at IMAR-GEM, the Geochemical and Ecological Modelling
group at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, New University of Lisbon.
The fundamental aim of SeaBase is to provide an
integrated management tool for postgraduate coursework, from student enrollment to
web publication of dissertation abstracts. The database also tracks alumni, and helps
potential students worldwide to understand the course curricula, course management,
and job opportunities.
